Hearing scratching in the attic? Something digging up the yard? Tell us what's going on — we'll inspect and give you a clear, humane plan.

How to reach us

Form: Send the form below — the fastest way to reach us. Describe the animal or the signs (noises, damage, droppings), and attach a photo if you have one.
Email: [email protected]
Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm. Emergencies get priority scheduling.

What happens next

We read every submission ourselves and respond — usually the same business day. We'll ask a few questions or propose an inspection time. The inspection is free, with a written plan and price before any work starts.

What to include

What you're seeing or hearing, when it happens (night vs. day matters a lot for ID), where in or around the house, and how long it's been going on. Photos of the animal, droppings, tracks, or entry holes help us arrive prepared. If there's an animal inside your living space right now, say so — that's priority.

We serve Orlando and Central Florida — Winter Park, Kissimmee, Sanford, Apopka, Ocoee, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Oviedo, and surrounding communities.

Frequently Asked Questions

There's an animal in my house right now. What do I do?

Stay calm. Close the door to the room it's in, keep kids and pets away, and send the form marked urgent — or email us. Don't try to catch it yourself, especially bats, raccoons, or snakes.

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually the same business day. Animals inside living spaces, bats in bedrooms, and snakes in the house get priority — say so on the form.

Should I send a photo?

Yes, if you can do it safely — from a distance, never by approaching the animal. A photo of droppings, tracks, or damage is just as useful as a photo of the animal itself.
